Leslie Ross, President & Owner
Leslie began her executive search career with Magdol & Ross’s predecessor company, Magdol & McCone, Inc., in 1989, and quickly developed key relationships with clients and candidates, driving successful business growth. As reported in The New York Times, in 1994, Leslie purchased the company and rebranded it Magdol & Ross, Inc. Leslie’s insights and breadth of experience have afforded her the ability to achieve significant success for Magdol & Ross and is passionately committed to future growth. Leslie’s other passions are her daughter, Olympic level table tennis (in her own mind that is) and the NYC’s art culture that’s a hop, skip and jump from her Upper East side apartment.
Susan Kreitzman, Executive Recruiter
Susan spent over 12 years in integrated account management and new business at Grey, OgilvyOne and McCann Erickson. She has diverse category experience ranging from technology to telecommunications, retail to government. A natural people-person, Susan leaped from working agency-side to working for agencies and with candidates best suited for their teams. When not in the office, Susan is chasing after her young son on the streets of NYC and never misses a University of Michigan football game!
Denise O’Neill, Executive Recruiter
Denise has worked in account management for over 20 years in New York agencies, including TBWA/Chiat/Day, DDB, BBDO and Publicis. Her category experience spans the gamut from premium spirits, to pharma, entertainment and telecommunications. Meeting potential candidates and working with hiring managers was something Denise has been doing her entire career, and now she is just sitting on a different side of the table. Denise lives in NYC and thinks so much of the advertising industry she named her new cat Madison (Avenue)!
